Okay!!

This run, im going to start stabilizing one of my new F1 strains. The seeds are a cross of an unknown sativa strain, that produced some good stuff, and Sledgehammer (a new strain that my friend stabilized for me a few years ago before I became a gardener!). :)

For now I have two in a small box under a 23w 6000k CFL. The rest are still germinating. They will all go two my main grow box after about a week or 2 of veg. I will be using a supposedly "secret" soil and nutes supplied by a friend. He has some nice grows under his belt so I cant wait to see what's so special about his blend!! For vegg. the lighting will only consist of 1x 100w MH 6000k and maybe 2x 23w CFL 2700k. Then I will be adding more CFLs 2700k for flowering. I only have a small fan bringing fresh air in the box but the hole where I cut for the MH makes for good ventilation and the front is always open. Temps stay a 82-85 during lights on and 75-77 during lights off. Well that's it for now lets get a few pics up and rolling!! :Namaste:

Its another one in the same pot with it but it hasn't popped out the dirt yet.

Here we go folks!!!
Its day2 and the 2nd one has popped out the dirt over night. Also two more seeds have released tap roots and will probably be planted tomorrow. Im going for a total of at least 10-12 plants to have a bigger chance of getting good phenos and that's all I can really fit im my space. Well anyway... Pics

the one in the last pic is the one on the far right.

subscribed. i would separate the two in one pot before the roots have a chance to establish themselves, two plants in one pot is asking for trouble. with two plants in one pot it gives each half the amount of room for roots and light, one will become dominant and overshadow the other. I would separate the two gently with toothpicks and tweezers.

In any other case I wouldn't put them into a pot together but once big enough all I really want is clones off the cream of the crop so I will be leaving them in together. If it helps any, I will be transplanting them into 4gal. pots at 3-4 weeks old but that's it. I have did this before and I am aware of the risk!! Thanks for the input KingJohnC!! :)

This thing has so much potential for beauty!! He found it growing beside his sisters house and dug it up. He had it in a small sand pail lol so I transplanted it to a 3gal pot. The leafs on this plant are huge. The size of my hand!! It has a nice skunky smell and seems to have a single female pistol on!:) Hopefully I can save her!!:Namaste:

Lookin good luv, and the plan sounds promising................with our small sized operations stabilization could take a while.......what I do is breed, and if I lose something or get something I don't like, I can go back one step and breed again in a little different direction. +reps!

Thank you and I promise I will try my best to get the best pheno and geno types!! I have 10 more in my friends garden witch is very similar to mine down to the dirt!!:thumb: So hopefully I will have a good chance of getting something special!! Im going to take the two best males and the two best females and keep clones from them. Then I will repeat this method the next grow with 15 more F1 seeds. Only then will I breed to produce my F2s. Hopefully this method can cut a nice year or so off!! If I upgrade my grow space then that's another year or so off!:) Im hoping by F5 or 6 they will be stable!! :Namaste:
