My First Grow

Just checking in my log wanted to give you guys and update. Well it seems like everything is going good for now and i hope it keeps going good. i started to foliar feed with the fox farms veg nutes and seems like its going pretty good i posted a few pics

You should not be feeding them yet, specially not grow big...If you absolutely have to feed them, give them some fish emulsion and only a little bit. Just be patient, you are likly going to do more damage then good by pumping them full of nutes at such an early age...They are a week old right?

oh k i guess i just got ahead of myself with the nutes lol im gonna cut it back and keep reg water till about a month thanks for the advice Be Irie, yes a week old

Ok well i wanted to update my journal, i have let off the nutes till a lil bit longer, everything looks like is going well i have changed the light cycle to 18/6, i will update with pics later, i know my thread is not that intersting as others but at least im giving it a try. thanks to all who have helped

Update took the pics today i would say they are 10 days old but idk if being in the seed and sprouting counts?








I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how i should cover the fan up from behind while still allowing air flow because as you can see alot of light gets out of the fan, thanks.

No idea, I would use a squirrel cage fan or a 6" booster... Something that I could put hose on to keep out the light. How big is that fan, inch wise?

i thin its a 6 inch but i plan on getting another one for the inside cause the one i have now i use as a vent

You may want to look at something like I was saying and move that one into the room.. Maybe an 8" hose on either the inside or outside, just a long enough length to bend around to keep the light out...

you know thats what i think ima have to do i think i can go to home depot and buy a hose right?

Do you know how long i can have the plant in the cup in there for? before i need to transplant it?

Another quick update of the week they are looking alright well one of them is the other 2 are iffy one of them the leaves started to look sad and all of them have weak roots? any idea why?

Ok so lately ive been noticing that alot of people have going on a 12/12 grow and they all look like they are coming up nice so i was thinking should i switch to 12/12 or stay at 18/6 for a lil longer this is the second week in 18/6
