expunging a Class E felony

In 1987 my cuz'n was busted in Oregon for indoor growing a Class E felony. There was an intent to sell charge (55 plants). Does anyone know of records being expunged. I was given house arrest for 90 days and 3 year probation. Anyone know if courts are showing leniency on old records? Thanks!

They can be expunged. It takes a judge to do it but there is a process to do it. You will probably need to talk to an attorney to get it done.
Knew a guy in Cali that had a murder conviction, did 11 years, came out and filed for a concealed weapons permit because he carried quite a lot of cash from his business and he got it.
