I have a question if Sec 1 drug re-classified!

I live in Indiana and am charged with felony marijuana possession for less then a ounce of pot. I go to trial April 27th here is my question. If the Federal Goverment changes the classification to sec 2 then what would that mean for my case or the rest of the country.

Pay close attention to the judge Mueller decision, should be in 2 weeks. That decision can reschedule marijuana
