Catheterization may be a medical prodeedure. Unless the officers were liscenced to perfrom that prodeedure the state medical board will be annoyed with them. They might have committed a crime by catheterizing you (even if you consented).

Yea your rights were violated. When I went to court I had to take a urine test but I just couldn't go with him right there watching me lol. So they just left me in a room with some water. I was probaly there for like four hours before I could finally go. So yea they should have just left you there till you could go and not go and ram that up there.

I can think of a few LEOs that I would enjoy catheterizing.......with a dull, rusty spoon.

Dude, that really sucks. I think the catheter is gestapo and possible grounds for a lawsuit if you were NOT refusing, they could have waited. BUT if you read the "little bitty writing" ON yer license it says, "Operation of a motor vehicle constitutes consent to any sobriety test required by law" Good Luck, I hope you find a lawyer that is helping reform the system. I like the idea about a defense fund that anybody could donate to, to fight this crap
