i'm waiting for the new laws to pass in nj to legalize cannabis... my question whats needed or what requirements do you need to have to open up a Dispensaries...
if someone can help me with this question it would be great. name's Bizness hipee

Unfortunately the New Jersey law has no provision for dispensaries. The latest version of the bill has been watered down pretty significantly.
Colorado, Cali are the two states with dispensaries, but NM's law and recently Rhode Island passed a law that allows supply
