Indicas are the of type strains you ought to pursue & in Kush is great when your pain level is high. As for treating depression, Sativas, like Trainwreck, White Rhino,White Widow...to name a few. Some hybrids have acquired the best of the two types (Indica+Sativa).If something looks, feels & smells inticing, I'd say it's a safe bet you'll end up with a little of all three types.
