MMJ Doctor in Toronto, Canada?

Does anyone know of any MMJ doctors in Toronto, Canada or the Greater Toronto Area? Currently suffering from IBS and anxiety and I would much prefer using natural treatment (marijuana) to ease my nerves and pain then a pill made in a factory. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Also, does anyone know of the minimum age to get medical marijuana in Canada?

The compassion clubs can't and won't tell us any names of doctors willing.
I belong to two compassion clubs here in the Toronto area, and they are not allowed to recommend anyone
