How could you use it? No legal grow-you-own, no caretakers, no clubs or Co-ops.
If you can get a recommendation in another state, stay there because that's where you are a resident!
I agree with Gator - unfortunately this is the way the law is
Technically, they only "recommend" and do not "prescribe" in the other states. This is because MJ is rated class 1 "no medicinal use" and the doctors helping could be in trouble with the FDA if the "prescribed"
There's no reciprocity agreement that I know of between any state that doesn't have a program and one that does. Most (might even be all) MMJ laws specify that the person be a resident of the their state to be in the program.
