Need doctor in Maryland

High hops, Maryland doesn't have a MMJ program.

They are sometimes listed as a half a program because they do have a law that allows a medical defense in court.

If the greater harm is not using MMJ for example. Unfortunately that's after you've been through the arrest, booking, charging, and court process.

Best wishes Brother

thx alot soniq420 for your response is there any way for me to get a prescription from a doctor from another state and use it in maryland?

I agree with Gator - unfortunately this is the way the law is

Technically, they only "recommend" and do not "prescribe" in the other states. This is because MJ is rated class 1 "no medicinal use" and the doctors helping could be in trouble with the FDA if the "prescribed"

There's no reciprocity agreement that I know of between any state that doesn't have a program and one that does. Most (might even be all) MMJ laws specify that the person be a resident of the their state to be in the program.
