Is there any doctor to recommend a marijuana permit for me in Swaziland or South Africa?

I live in South Africa and I don't think there is such a thing as a marijuana permit, sorry. Neither do I think a doctor would be the type of person to give you such a permit.

Each countries has their own rules..just as I am travelling to USA even though I am licenced at the moment in Canada..I would not travel with it..who knows the crap ola you can get into.

Permits are provided here in Swaziland I know of an asthmatic old man with one.. Heard from the son when we were smoking some of his stash
