Seeking a doctor in Ontario Canada to fill my forms for my doctor

I live in Hamilton Ontario for a year now my doctor has been sending forms to the only place he knows of who are now saying it will be late winter before they even look at my forms... I was in a bad motorcycle crash and suffer from chronic pain and tired of pills can somebody please help with info in regards to a doctor near Hamilton,Ontario Canada that my be able to assist with this minor issue thanks in advance....

Palladin, i sent you the list in a PM. It is exactly as i said ,a list of canadian doctors who sighn the MMAR and the docs on that list as far as i know do not charge a fee . I hope you are using it to help people for free [ the way it should be]

No doc on that list signs anymore and def not for 'free'. Doc Kam is a great guy and whatever
small amount he made from doing forms is now in hands of lawyers, courts, etc. Poor SOB
can't pay his own bills through no fault of his own and he is a respected local doc.

Ontario/canada is facing a doctor shortage in general, no family doctors avail for the most part,
expecting them to put nuts on chopping line for free to endorse an application under these terms
is crazy.

Hmm ,im in London and i know the female dr. listed for london runs the pain clinic at one of our local hospital and she is tied to our university. But true i am not possitive about the rest. The list was started by that john trummel and apparently the DR's put their own names on the list stating wether they became educated in cannibis medicine {and wether they would sighn}> or they refuse to become a part of it so they will Not sighn which is silly. I just wish the list was created by asking all doctors if they will participate ,and those who will ,health Canada post the list . That would fix the prob. CHEERS

when a certain doctor contacted Health C to report fraudulent endorsement using a very bad copy of
his signature . . . he was told HC cannot do anything or comment to him, the originating doctor, due
to confidentiality and disclosure issues.

1 in 77 doctors supposedly endorses, i think that stat is bulls.

Here's the "dope" on this situation, My lady has been diagnoise with fybro, (there's actually no real test for this) and our family doctor was but all to happy to sign the forms since he "overdosed" her on a combination of gabapentin and cymbalta...if she wasn't in pain before, she is just screaming in it now....they have tried opiates, nsaids, checked nerves with some sort of BS electric test.
Anyway we went and talked to him about the health canada forms, but because she has not been sent to a specialist (I didnt know we now had fybromialgia specialists) her request for medical MJ was sent back.
I believe the above 1 out of 77 stat is bull....I believe our name is now on a list...I know he knew(the doc) that we would be refused based on his lack of sending her to a specialist...
The combination of those two meds screwed her brain on both the "feeling" and "endorphin" parts.
This "quack" states that he did not mean for her to be on both meds at the same time, so the pharmacy who administered those drugs (she was on 4 x times the recommended dose of the gab and twice the dose of cymbalta) made a whack of money before her "melt down" and I stepped in and did the research that he obviously didnt.
My question is this, what (if any) specialist is she to see and is there a list somewhere of rhumatoid or nerve ending specialist that support MJ as medical?
Also I have heard of a spray that acts the same way as smoking it (i am concerned with her smoking) and would rather it be thru prescription than this bull of growing it and security etc etc etc. DRONABINOL? is a pill form THC sprays such as SATIVA DAY and Canibis mist may be the only way...CAnADA yep the only place where u can get a license for something restricted...I was not comfortable putting my name as a grower...cause as sure as politicians lie, my name is now on a growers list.

You are being paranoid, if affeared of being a grower, designate one. Get a rhuematologist to see and confirm the diagnosis,
the specialsist need not agree to sign.
The chemical scripts you mention are expensive, hardly ever covered by drug plans (we used to spend 400 a month on sativex
and marinol each) and 400 per month allows as much pain relief as half an ounce.
She does not have to smoke the sh*t, you can ingest, vape or do a search on simpson's oil, they all work great. One of the main
reasons they want this illegal is for the drug companies to supply the synthetics at 10X the cost.

John trummel is stand up guy, bit of a character too. His female in peterboro has never heard of him, the list and does not do
any signings. Same the next 2 he has listed in ontario.

Cops have told doctors they will arrest them if they sign, end of story. They are trying to ruin doc Kamermans and his
family, taken away his income, his bank accounts and arrested him on duty at an emergency room hospital while he was
working on a patient.

Now just what message do our boys in blue send to the rest of the med community by this action?

Health can will never release doctors names nor patients. to confirm my story goog kamermans coe hill and read

Yep I am being just parnoid, when they arrest the doctors that sign their "legality papers" I start to worry.
There is a 7 month (min) wait to get in to a pain clinic in the near north...why so long? Good question, when you work one day a week as a max. waiting lists appear to be absurd. Also, and I know this to be their "run to" when nothing else works "methadone" originally used for "crack heads" and the like, and I feeling that when finally in the pain management clinic this is all she will get. Your right about a rhuematologist tho, her situation is definetly "auto-immune", and I fear because of the lack of a specialist being assigned (or referred)that the fybro was just a "easy diagnoises", I sort of blew at our doctor (and not to be ungratefull to have a family physician) but a MRI, rhum test and a referal should have been first a foremost before burning out her brain on ssri's....You take parnoid from protection of my investments, one I would not grow outside, secondly because of a indoor "grow-op" when selling your house, this must be reported as a fact in the real estate, so even building a room making it airtight and venting proper puts the screws to you finacially.
Till we can get a rhuematologist to look at her it will have to be "SATIVEX" because the other is no longer on the drug benifit list (Ontario's anyway) I have asked our Dr. for a referal to a Dr. A. Gorden working out of Toronto Western...anyone heard of him?
And I believe they are asking for his signature....As for the "confidentiality" of health Canada...come on, figure it out, we live in a country where you have to prove your not guilty, and whoops sorry 'bout that got your prints on file anyway!
This country was made by failed lawyers, and continues to run on such....it's biggest boon is also one of it's biggest cash grabs...the criminal justice system (I cant believe I just refered Canada and justice in the same sentence!)
Anyway way off topic, cost (over-all) and list making make growing a "fickle thing" that anyone with two brain cells would most definetly be wary.

CORRECTION: Illegal grow houses need to be reported at time of sale or otherwise, legal and permitted have no such
onus. The 3-500 it will cost you to get legal is less than one hours rate for a defence lawyer, keep that in perspective.

Search around. Look up Matt Mernaugh, great help in cases like yours and disease similar, has a challenge up in supreme
court i am sure he will win, verdict due any time now. The arrested Doctor in Coe Hill may be able to direct you to someone
willing to consider.

As for sativex, marinol et al. Waste of time and money. Give a good look at MDN which is low dose nabalone (just medicated my
morning dose of strong Sativa named 'Third Dimension' a super 'UP" high that energizes and makes me get stuff done.) The prime
benefit of growing your own meds is you learn what works, what doesn't.

Peep in california are finding huge undisclosed benefits to juicing the whole plant, to root extracts, to cooking with pot oil
extracts. Eating/juicing pot don't get you high but does offer a huge range on anti inflam and immune dampening respsonse.
Without the element of heat, there is no high to even the strongest of weeds. FWIW i am a late 50's guys with a chronic
disease, use pot respon, excer and watch weight and what additives i eat. My most recent blood test results were the best
in at least 25 years and retirement is finally looking like more than just surviving a few more days.

IMHO, if pot were harmful, they'd legalize in a minute. Big Macs have killed more kids and adults than all the drugs on earth.
Take personal respon'ty and start enjoying the benefits instead of accepting life on the margins.

Good luck, you are putting up reasons not to succeed, look to health at your own hand. Getting a Health Canada Ex allows you
to hire/assign an outside grower or get his permission to grow a few plants on a corner of his farm or bush lot. It is done all

I read your post. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. My Doctor sent me to a specialist in North York who confirmed. Don't remember his name, but he is located on Finch W. between Yonge and Bathurst, on the North side. Just wanted to let you know that there are specialists out there. I have tried Vyvance for the fatigue, an it works on concentration, energy, mental acuity and pain problems. The anti-depressants just sucked! Made me irritable, and ended up with Parkinson's symptoms, which stopped when i quit taking them, thank god.
