MMJ State purchasing laws?

Can a individual from another state purchase MMJ if they DO have a a written perscription by doctor from that state? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated -Or were ever does one need a current address for that state. Thanks !!!

What state are you talking about. Some of our states do not have the same laws?
Here in CO anyone can buy/ Out of state they only allow 1/2 ounce sale at one time if you live out of state.
1 OZ if you live in state and 2oz if you have a med card

What about the law, are they not waiting for out-of-state liscences - giving then "probable cause to search and stop you"? Please answer also sounds like sending it in that legal state is out of the question also. any suggestions have incurable diseased seems like that I have been a bannded by the medical people. have always followed the law.
