i have been experiencing alot of lower back pains in the morning when i wake up.
although i do not have insurance anymore due to unemployment, i am not able to see my doctor. i wanted to know if i would still be able to obtain a recommendation with out any paper work of my pain at my doctors office.

you do not need any paperwork, just tell the doctor what is going on with you and he will assess your situation accordingly... in most cases, you do not always need to provide previous proof... please call 1-877-GOT-KUSH to ask your questions directly to the doctor's office...

You don't NEED the paperwork. Just talk with the doctor and don't bullshit him/her (bullshit=no rec). They might even want to give you an impromptu physical.
