medical mmj for bi polar disorder?

does anyone know if they prescribe mmj for bi polar disorder? i have heard mixed things about it. and if so does anyone know of a doctor in the spokane or even Washington area because i am one of those people who really dont want to be on meds and have refused them since i was 12 for my disorder and have had to quit smoking due to random uas at work and my mood swings are now more then ever and they stop when i smoked and have been able to control it for the past 6 year with the use of mmj
