We all know that a discovered Illegal grow in a home with a scale is a additional distribution charge... Is that the same case with a legal grows possessing a scale? Or is that considered a tool of the growroom?

I don't know the legalities but we have a digital food scale that just also happens to weigh in grams. We keep it in the kitchen and do use it to weigh meal portion sizes. Just an idea.
