I couldn't find any "pot-friendly" doctors in your area, so give that number/email a try, and if that is of no help, start with doctors who deal with physical pain a lot, i.e. physical therapists and such, see if they have any power in that area (recommendations) and if not, see if any of them know some doctors who might be able to help you out. ... more info as soon as I can find it.
