i was born at 28 weeks ( the normal span of maturing befor birth is 40 weeks) i have a learning disability and i was born with biolateral club foot ( my feet were facing each other) iv had seven surgeries to correct my feet, i suffer from severe pain at my feet, ankles and knees, i was wondering if this would be enough to get into the medical marajana program. thanks for the feed back

i know they dont but im moving to cali in the near futuer and i want to get medial attention

thanx, pm hearing that from u is defantly a good thing lol thanx guys and hopefully in a few years ill have mmj, dont u have to be a resident to the state first?
and in other words live there for a year or more

Probably have to be resident of state, 30 days here or get CA ID. Was up in Oakland this past week. They said new CA State-issued ID to be available soon and supposedly issued by CHP's. Got my Oakland Compassionate Club ID ready to go. It is the best, gets one into clubs in Oregon, Wash and Vancouver, B.C. It's an "E" ticket.. cool!

I would be worried about any car dissued by the CHP, since its not even the CHP's jurisdiction to do that. The Department Of Health is supposde to set these card progams up, and it is supposde to be strictly confidential. Futhermoper, these cards are OPTIONAL under teh law. As long as you haev a doctors note, you are covered. It will be a cold day in hell when I willingly give the cops or especially the CHP, a signed document saying I am a med pot patient. Whats going to stop them from following my car non stop or pulling me over every time I am on the road, searching for contraband or a reason to bust me?
If its not with the department of health, i wouldnt do it, personaly :) -PM |
