strain advice needed for 'illness'

hi all,
my research has opened my eyes to a new kind of treatment for one of which i struggle. its called ulcerative colitis. The more extreme case being 'Crohns' Disease.

I am all about 'natural' organic ways of life; to use what is before us; to use as it was intended. I am wondering if any one here has used cannabis to help alleviate their symptons. New readings have opened my eyes to the many benefits the cannabis plant is providing for Crohns and Ulcerative Colitis victims. I am in the 3rd week of my first grow. However, I want my next grow to be strains that are more 'specific' when it comes to treating these hellish sicknesses. If anyone one knows more on this..or could shoot some good strains...i'd be grateful

I'm not a doctor or anything, but I would suggest edibles, as strong as you can get them, the thc in baked goods is so much healthier for you than smoking, and there is very little if any difference in the effects strainwise after its been baked, as pretty much all of the different cannabinoids become regular THC.

Cannabutter is good too, as it can be used on virtually any type of food.

Indica's are strong like hash plant. sensi star is also a good one but dont top it at all, clone the lower stems. If you can find it budda kush is great. dont mistake buddah kush for BUDDa kush there is a great difference. look for high thc content when you look for seeds or clones.
