Yesterday I was at the WHCCH and as I was leaving I mentioned that I needed to renew my card at the end of the year. Someone that worked in the store said that there's a new law that has passed or will pass stating that a patient must be 21 to receive medicine? Is this true?

I am not familiar with any new law? I will have to look into it for you. I believe the law states, not a minor, so depending on the state where you live.....and I believe you live in california.....then 18 would be the rule? Lets hear from others? class.....bueller.....bueller....bueller.

I think what they where talking about is that some doctors are making it so they won't take in patients that are under 21. You only have to be 18 to get your meds if you have your note. If it was that easy for them to change the text of sb 420 and prop 215 some one would have already but they can't so 18 it is.
