First off I just joined yesterday so salutations and I am looking forward to speaking with many of you. I have a question that I have not gotten a straight answer on yet... When in possession of a card, do you have to own property to cultivate weather it be indoors or out, or can you cultivate when renting from a property management co.? Some say yes, some say no, so if you KNOW, please help me out. I rent and want to know for sure before venturing into that area.
