MMJ Epilepsy & Anxiety

I have Epilepsy and a little anxiety. I'm looking to see if anyone has any suggestions for me in a strain that helps with either of these things and it would be super awesome if there's a strain that works for both of them! I don't have Anxiety too bad, it's mainly just paranoia after smoking. I don't want something that just going to knock me out, I like the up from the Sativas but I hate the Paranoia that goes with it. I love that the Indicas help with the Anxiety/Paranoia but I hate that they'll knock you out! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and sources references would be great too!
