What kind of indica do you use for cronic pain.(for sleeping
and pain relase)

For sleeping and pain; indica's are better than sativas in my opinion.

If you have access to ones with higher cannabidiol levels (CBD) that would be where I'd start (some collectives or clubs grade with cannabinoid levels now)

I'd suggest you experiment and see what works best for you.
