Treatment Needed

Here we go, lookin' for the solution. I need to talk to my PCP about whether she even believes in medical marijuana and it's uses. I've been up front about my usage. Here's a few of the diagnosis I'm hopin' will prevail:

Neck fusions (3) C4-C7, last one didn't produce the desired result
Old Compression fracture (1986) T6-7, aches constantly in the cold
Hepatitis C, can't be treated do to my mental condition of
Bi-polar, brought on by the HepC treatment
Osteopenia, that's the step before Osteoporosis
Weakness/loss of strength in both hands
I have chronic pain and fatigue.

Next it'll be who & how?
