Not for nothin' lol, and I would never suggest trying to cheat the system, but is there any rule whatsoever that says you can't force yourself to stay up for six days straight immediately preceding your interview?

Gee, I wonder how "gainfully employable" they would rate you?

PS. Don't try driving to your interview - you might be hallucinating at that point.

So my response for SSD came in about a month ago, "DENIED". In the meantime I climb fourty foot ladders on m*rhpine , riskng my life everyday for 30$ an hr. Not to mention I am in total pain doing it, mix in 100 degrees and that's a bad concoction. I have severe back problems, and have had 2 doctors write pages of symptoms and diagnoses along with MRI and xrays. HAHA, they still denied me. I will appeal, and appeal again, until i get it, the DOC was so old ... I knew he was up SOCIAL SECURITIES rectum ... So perhaps i will apply without an attorney this time again. Oh yeah and I drove about 100 miles to get to the damn appointment.

I've been on SSD since 05 after 1 session with their doctor. I guess I filled out all the forms correctly and gave a very believable interview. I have MS and it has detrimentally affected my memory (cognitive retardation). Other annoying symptoms also exist but we won't go into those.

Don't like saying this but I suppose it all depends on the luck of the draw.

Power to you people that are still battling the system. Do not give up!

Tintala get an attorney. An honest attorney will take your case on a percentage and not charge you ANYTHING up front. I've waited, am still waiting, and will fight to the end. I WILL NOT GIVE UP. I have NO choice. The most my att. can take is like $6,500 no matter how much the back pay is. it's like 15% or so up to that $6,500.I WILL also find an attorney in Colorado that will take my suits against the TERRORISTS that are harassing me over my MMJ. It troubles me somewhat though knowing the money I will win will come out of my neighbors pocket, my friends pocket, and the taxpayers of my county. What they do is CRIMINAL and they should be put in jail and have to pay for their harassment out of their own pockets. They should have to lose everything THEY own to pay. Anyone know a GOOD attorney in Ft. Collins Colo.? A pro Marijuana att. LOL. Hope it isn't against rules for saying this. This is me now. This will be me in 6 days. ( off ankle monitor )

And also remember you can apply as many times as you want. So if you go through the whole process and loose, just consider it training for the next filing. Know you're more experienced and know a little more about what they're looking for.
When I had my interview with the phsychiatrist I was quite polite and was just being honest as I have throughout the whole process. When I got a copy of her report it said that I didn't play well with others.lol Which kind of surprised me because I was in what I considered a good mood.lol I guess I really am an asshole.

I have been accepted for ssdi for a back that breaks alot and it is fusing all together.
I was on long term disability from my company since 1-15-06 and will get my first ssdi check in sep.but I was making just as much on my long term through my employer so its no big deal.

I just met my Attorney, who tells me to go back to the doc to get more evidence to show for an appeal. WTF ? i have an MRI that shows herniation at l4/s1, with severe sciatica and lower backl pain, not to mention BOTH rotator cuffs blown. and a herniation at c6. I have though of a fusion. So if that doesn't get me ssdi, WTF will?
