I really have a hard time understanding just how anyone can include the state of MD. within those that have legalized medical marijuana. Yes they have relaxed the penalty, as long as you can prove the medical use in a court of law. Which means, you still have to hire a lawyer. Your pot is still confiscated. You have to find a dealer and pay street price. If your dealer can't get it, you're shit out of luck. I know because, I've gone without any for over a month. I don't know about you, I really don't see anything legal about it.
