Can you get a medical script through the mail or do you have to be seen? Since the script is not legal in the state where I live NC does the court system have to recognize my use as medical, if I have a current script and I get caught? I have a medical condition that would qualify-I just wonder if I should get a script to protect myself- How long do the scripts last?

US doctors do not write prescriptions for MMJ. 'Recomendations' are not done through the mail. Good Luck

from my understanding.. your state has to have medical marijuana legalized in order to be protected from the law. so if you were to get legal and go to a state where it is not legal your card does you no good in the non legal state you will be prosecuted.
