Concerning "illegal marijuana use" as in the attorney's statement, what level are we talking about here? State "illegal" or federal "illegal"? Naturally the federal "illegal" use in California has probably risen, being an easy target for the DEA when consumers feel a little more relaxed than elsewhere.
