Greater St. Louis NORML is the St. Louis chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML).
NORML's mission is to move public opinion sufficiently to achieve the repeal of marijuana prohibition so that the responsible use of cannabis by adults is no longer subject to penalty. MEETINGS We meet at 7:15 P.M. the second Thursday of each month at the Indian Trails branch of the St. Louis County Library, located at 8400 Delport (corner of Delport & Midland), St. Louis, MO 63114. Our meetings are open - everyone is welcome!
