Primary chemical responsible for the psychoactive effects of cannabis.
Usually called THC; Sometimes called delta-1-THC

THC is distinctive (but not unique) among psychoactive drugs in that it is not an alkaloid.

Boiling Point 392 F (200 C) @ 0.02 MMHG
Solubility Nearly insoluble in water. Soluble in hydrophobic solvents such as butane.
