so im 18 i want to get my card i have records of my back pain and spasms my migrains and anxiety from my father just dying im really broke right now and was wondering if there was any programs that help. thank you -katie m from oregon

Let me say first that I have heard of a place to get your card in Portland that gives u a percription for weed if you bring in the proof that you have been on pain meds, meaning you bring in your empty pain meds. Now if this is true or not I am not 100% sure so I will look into it and get back to you. I just moved to Oregon myself and I have been looking into the options of the MMJcard for very similar reasons, much like yours. Any way,I will check in on it and get back to you. I heard they do this because it's a fre clinic. Hope I could help. How broke are you? Do u have health insurance; like the Oregon Health Plan or anything?

I have called and spoke with them but then thing we dont know about her yet is how broke she is, cause i know she needs at least 180 if she has no health insurance like the oregon health plan... I have talked to the clinic in Portland.
