Law enforcement has apparently come up with a Powerpoint presentation with anectdotal evidence of abuse of the OMMA. The presentation is persuasive enough that even Senator Floyd Prozanski, one of our staunchest allies, is considering that a legislative change decreasing plant numbers and the amount of medicine patients can have may be needed. This presentation may be shown at the Monday morning hearing regarding SB 388.
