some one i know has a bad leg he fucked up some years ago and he cant sleep on the side its on and it gives him troubles sometimes, its not going to get better and he dosnt want to spend money on a doctor just to get rejected, what should he do?

Don't know about oregon doctors but here in washington most of the doctors won't charge you unless you get approved. And some of them use a sliding scale for us poor folks.
