Where: Belmont Public Library, 1038 S.E. 39th Avenue, Portland, Oregon Description: The general public is invited to attend our free meeting to learn more about ending adult marijuana prohibition, volunteering for cannabis community events, and becoming a medical marijuana patient, caregiver, or grower. We'll participate in letter-writing campaigns to stand up for our rights and inform you about the latest federal and state legislation regarding cannabis. You may also win fun items in our free raffle.
