Started yoga and loving it! Currently I'm doing Yogalosophy which is a combination of toning and yoga. Looking forward to trying a few different styles. The stretching and balancing is very renewing and reviving to the mind, body and soul.
have been practicing yoga for past 3 months and i can tell you this has really helped my hip which was injured in sports.
