Started yoga and loving it! Currently I'm doing Yogalosophy which is a combination of toning and yoga. Looking forward to trying a few different styles. The stretching and balancing is very renewing and reviving to the mind, body and soul.

Once or twice a week is amazing for keeping you feeling young, supple... and in balance.
Always made fun of it till I tried... I then realized just how hard it actually is.
