I have learned quite a bit this past week. I'm starting to realize everything that I could have done to make this grow more successful. The set up of my exhaust system could be a lot more efficient. I should have began flowering a lot sooner than I did. Now I am a DWC novice. But these girls really took the tent over. So I felt like it might be worth a try to prune them both a little to allow more light through. I trimmed the one on the left back yesterday and the other one today. And I was very careful not to overdo it. I am hoping everything continues to do well. But if not, hey, that's what it's all about, right? I'll post photoa of my results when I change the water next Sunday or, heaven forbid, if they die during the week.

Well, it's been a whole week, and my girls are doing very well here at the beginning of their 7th week of flowering. I pruned them both last Sunday, and they seemed to tolerate it without difficulty. Their environment levels stay within normal limits.
Here are both girls. I have begun leaving the tent unzipped at all times for better temperature and humidity control. I have the entire room sealed off from any and all external light sources.
This is the skunky one. As you can see, her buds are getting so big! She'll be the first one ready to harvest.
The skunk's trichomes remain clear. But more and more are developing the bulb on top.
Beautiful colas developing on her!
Here's the fruity one. She continues to take her time with flowering, but she is healthy. I'm sure she'll get going soon.
Not many trichomes developed yet.
Buds are growing slowly. I think it's just how she is, one that has a longer flowering cycle.
Well, until next week...

I was finally able to catch my plants just before lights out so I could take some more decent photos without the HPS or having to fix the color on Photoshop. This is one of 2 plants I have. It'll be the first to finish flowering.
My other female just now starting growing buds. So I figure by the time the first one is ready to harvest, the other one will be growing more buds, and she can have the whole tent to herself.
