Mate you cant grow with that little of light.
Id say u need at minimum 120w of the 5w diods leds to grow. And at least double that again to flower.
Ive got heaps of e27 leds but all mine are worthless. And i got a 120watt led panel and a 50watts panel but shit diods and its worthless.
A house hold cfl light with 5w is better.
Im not trying to dissapoint you but u need better lighting.

Personally, I use the "My Photos" button at the bottom left side of the text input window to embed photos in my posts. I hope that helps.
