13 days old does this plant look healthy? This is my first grow just a bag seed I found, had 6 plants but my dog ate 4 of them that were 3 weeks and 1 died so only have this one left

Weather is like 82 degrees but a little humid as it is year round, I'm in Florida keys so we never get cold down here
