Hey,
does anyone know how much i will yield per plant? I am Using a hydroponic wilma system with 4 11L pots, each grown for 4 weeks under 400w MH, then flowered for 8 weeks under 400w HPS, using general hydroponic nutes and super vit, inside a light proof mylar bud box with good ventilation and a 24h fan.

there is no set formula for estimating how much you will yield, too many varibles. but a general rule of thumb is hydro will yield more since it can more effectively deliver nutrients.
the only way to know is to grow

That is your answer. Many things contribute to yields. Genetics, grower skill, length of vegetative cycle and many more. Any attempt at blindly estimating yield would be a wild guess. Grow what you've got and then you'll know.
