firstly sorry for my english guys

i just want to know i have 400 w mh and hps grow box can handle with 400 w mh hps ?

do you think my fan is enough if not i consider low 250 w mh and hps and how must i setup because there are only 3 hole in box co2 exhaust and for fan filter must be together inside ? its must be intake or air out from filter inside cooltube and out ? confuse
