Please help with bugs

Hey title pretty much says it all. Today I noticed something going on with my plants. They had some whiteish spitty looking spots and little tiny pale wormish looking larvae bugs moving on the top side of the leaves. I think they are thrips after looking at some info but wanted to make sure. I also wanted to hear what the best way is to kill em all. Any info is greatly appreciated. My plants are in the veg stage.

Have you tired dish soap with water and mix it in a pump and spray all the room and plants when the lights are off

i suggest u quickly to find out what is the issue and buy some chemicls to fight it....u will lose it..i did similar thing and lost the best plant..an og kush with 20 + tops...70 days in veg and finally i get mites i was trying to fight it with natural recipes but when my plant seems to dying i use a chemical and fixed straight away but it was too late for my OGK...at least i save some other.find the problem and solve it out quick.
