At first glance to me, looks like Phosphorus deficiency judging by the red/purple petioles, and the leaves
Try checking Cannabis Plant and Pest Problem Solver - Pictorial as noted in the listed guide "a purple, red, or blue tint to the fan leaves is a good sign of a Phosphorus deficiency" but there may be other symptoms that stand out to you when you read thru the guide Also, you are only watering once a day? others will probably comment, but you should be watering 3-4 (every 3-4 hours) times a day for 15 min or so

I did read through the problem thread, my concern was the fact that one out of 6 plants has this problem and was hoping for some input from some that may have experienced this.

I am now watering the plants, and have added and extra two drops of ProGrow to some resi water to dilute it, and applied it to the bad plant to attempt to save it, will advise the results, it still bothers me that is is only one plant out of 6???
