ppm/ec questions can't find any answers

I have well water that has a ph of 8.5 out ppm 820 ec 1.20 with out any nutes.
water temp 77
I add nutes get the ph at 5.8 and the ppm is 1440 ec is 2.10 the plant is 1 month old seems to be doing ok not growing very fast
The question is how do I get my nutes at 400-800 and the ec at 1.20
when my water is at that to start with.

Sounds like you need to make the move to r/o or distilled water. I use nothing but r/o water myself. The only drawback is the need for a cal/mag substitute, but thats a minor deal.

Exactly. Sounds like you have some terrible water man. If you dont want to chase your tail around do as stated above. :)
