Depends on the pheno but I've had some Purple Star that was literally white...heard Purple Elephant was 28% but haven't tried it myself. Best of luck!

Malawi Gold an Zamaldelica both have phenos that test around 27%, and they're both available in seed form... but cuts are nice if you're in legal/medical state. Gorilla Glue #4 tested at 33%... once I think when the breeder dialed everything in, otherwise I don't think you're gonna hit the same THC content even growing an original clone.
