Hey jiz, I'm right in your area also. Wondering how it went since your April post.
Outside behind an Apt. in Texas sounds risky in more ways than one. Don't get busted trying to tend the outdoor plants, which will need a lot. If spotted, the cops would stake out the easy watches where all they had to do was sit and drink their coffee and eat donuts until you show, (probably while the bank behind them is being robbed.. but hey they have their priorities).
