I would imagine not. Fresh bud will still contain high levels of chlorophyll. The slow drying process removes this, and the curing improves flavor and potency.
Can it be done? Yes. But quality, flavor, potency, and your vaping experience will likely suffer.
The vaping of the fresh weed is fine. It definitely does the job, but doesn't taste the greatest. But, why not let it cure. Curing allows the chlorophyll to break down for an even smoke.
