small yellow spots on 2 week old sprouts?

Any ideas what causes this?

24 hours light 500 watt (250 HPS +250 MH AgroSunGold)
Temp 70-82 F at top of plants

Fox Farm & ocean soil, no fertilizers added yet
ph nuetral RO water

Help?

Hard to say, I need to look a bit, I would have said hot spot.. but it's ff. It may be time for nutes.
