Light Spectrums

Lets see if I have this down right.

Speaking specifically CFLs, but spectrum's are spectrum's I guess,

Daylight or 5000 K + are for the vegetation cycle, right?

&

Soft Whit or under 3000 k are for the flowering cycle, right?

Under 3200 I think are reds.
