lighting issue

I have a grow room that is 2 by 3, have 6 in veg, a 150 watt hallogen light on top, and 2 6 ft flur on the side tilted at an angle. how many can i flower. And do i have to use an hps bulb, what would happen if i said f it and used what i have now. knowing it wouldnlt bud much, my question is would it bud at all, going 12 on 12 off cycle?

I'd get rid of the halogen light. It's not the right spectrum for plant growth. Only thing it's doing is producing ALOT of heat which could burn your plants as well. You say your room is 2' by 3'. Is this a grow box? Or do you have normal ceiling height 8'. If you have the height I would recommend atleast a vented 400 watt HPS with a Hortilux bulb. You can uset that light for veg and flower with excellent results.
