Leaves turning slight yellow and some tips have a very little of brown....???

Under 100watt flouro, about 76T and 65H. Light is about six inches from the tops now and is about 3-4in tall and almost a month in veg. Any ideas what could be wrong? maybe under watering? I dont know what is too much and too little. Ive just been spraying the soil keepin it moist? should i water more so its not constantly thirsty?

sounds hungry. What have you fed it? Humidity is too high at 65. 50 is perfect 60 is high side 40 is low side.
