Lighting
I won't be able to use a HPS or MH for flowering. Any ideas on using fluoros and a set up thats possible to make from any hardware store?

You could try flouros or cfl's but make sure you get the right spectrum. Not a lot of wiring is involved, as most hardware stores carry sockets. It is a simple process once you have the right lights. Good luck with your venture.

Most hydro shops will carry a range of cfl's and flouros in varied spectrums. You need a cool blue spectrum for veg, and a warm red spectrum for flowering. These are not expensive. I can't help you much more as my expertise is with HID lamps. I'm sure other members will chime in here to help you.

Im going with 2 85 watt cfls at color temp 5000. and 2 105 watt cfls color temp 2700 over 3 plants in a area 3x2x4. i believe its like 24000 lumens.
